Disney Delays Mahershala Ali's 'Blade', Sets 'Predator: Badlands' with Elle Fanning for November 7, 2025

Disney has removed Marvel Studios' 'Blade', starring Mahershala Ali and Mia Goth, from its 2025 release calendar, delaying the film indefinitely. The move follows numerous delays and the project currently lacking a director. In its place, Disney is releasing 'Predator: Badlands', the next installment in the 'Predator' franchise, directed by Dan Trachtenberg and starring Elle Fanning. The film is set in the near future and follows the bond between two sisters whose relationship is put to the test as they go on different paths. 'Predator: Badlands' is scheduled for theatrical release on November 7, 2025, the date previously held by 'Blade'.
