The lawsuit claims that the incident occurred at an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty over two decades ago. The accuser, identified as 'Jane Doe,' alleges she was drugged and assaulted after being taken to the party without a ticket. She was approaching limousines hoping to spot a celebrity when a driver told her she could meet one inside.
