Iraq's oil ministry is making progress in talks with the Iraqi Kurdistan ministry of natural resources and international oil companies to resume crude exports via Turkey's Mediterranean Ceyhan port. The discussions, which include senior officials, took place on Sunday and aim to restart the northern oil exports soon. Iraq, OPEC's second-largest oil producer, expects to reach a final agreement with the semi-autonomous region of Kurdistan in the coming days.
