Graham Threatens Sanctions, Economic Retaliation Over ICC's Netanyahu Warrant
Nov 23, 2024, 03:40 AM
Senator Lindsey Graham has threatened to introduce legislation that would impose sanctions on countries cooperating with the International Criminal Court's (ICC) decision to issue an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant. Graham's comments were made in response to the ICC's ruling, which he described as 'outrageous'. He warned allies such as Canada, Britain, Germany, and France that any assistance to the ICC in enforcing this warrant would lead to severe economic repercussions from the United States, stating, 'If you help the ICC, we're going to crush your economy.'
