Police Rule Suicide in Farrukhabad Dalit Girls' Case; Families Suspect Foul Play

In Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh, the deaths of two teenage Dalit girls have been ruled as suicides by the police, based on the post-mortem report. However, the families of the deceased suspect foul play and have raised concerns over the police's findings. Two men have been arrested for abetment of suicide, following accusations by the father of one of the girls that the youths harassed and pushed them to take their own lives. SP Alok Priyadarshi stated that the police have arrested the accused after studying the post-mortem report. The police are continuing their investigation by connecting evidence found at the scene with the victims.
