A small single-engine plane crashed into the roof of a furniture manufacturing building in Fullerton, California, on Thursday afternoon, killing at least two people and injuring 18 others, according to police. The plane crashed minutes after taking off from Fullerton Municipal Airport, igniting a blaze at the warehouse where at least 200 people were working. The fire department responded with a 4-alarm response to combat the fire. The injured were transported to local hospitals with injuries ranging from minor to severe.
