A fire broke out on the roof of the building hosting HBO's 'The Penguin' Comic-Con activation at the Bloom Nightclub in downtown San Diego. The incident occurred during a press preview, prompting the evacuation of attendees, including members of the media and actors. Firefighters quickly responded to the scene, and the cause of the fire is currently under investigation. San Diego Police confirmed that the fire began in a Brazilian steakhouse in the same building.
