Severe Storms Leave Over 600,000 Without Power in DFW Area, Dallas County Hard-Hit

The hardest-hit area is Dallas County, with 330,000 customers affected. Oncor, the primary electricity provider in North Texas, reported that the number of outages is expected to rise. The region remains under a severe thunderstorm watch as the storms continue to move through North Texas. Power lines have been reported sparking, contributing to the extensive outages. Over 500,000 people were without power Tuesday morning.
