IDF Intercepts Three Houthi Drones from Yemen Within an Hour, Over Mediterranean Sea

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) intercepted three drones launched by the Houthi group from Yemen within the span of an hour, marking a significant escalation in attacks. The first drone was intercepted over southern Israel, triggering sirens in the Gvulot area. The second and third drones were shot down over the Mediterranean Sea before they could enter Israeli airspace. These incidents follow a pattern of attacks, with the Houthis having launched approximately 40 ballistic missiles and 320 drones at Israel since the onset of the conflict. Most of these have been intercepted, though some have caused damage and injuries. The IDF has released footage of one of the drone interceptions over the Mediterranean Sea.
