Between November 23 and 25, 2024, Ukrainian forces reportedly launched multiple ATACMS missile strikes on Russia's Kursk region, employing cluster munition warheads. The attacks targeted strategic military assets, including the destruction of a 92N6E radar station and two launchers of the S-400 air defense system, which was reportedly under repair. Five Russian officers were reportedly killed in the strike. The missiles also targeted airfields such as Khalino and Kursk-Vostochny, with videos emerging of missile impacts and Russian soldiers recording the arrivals. Despite Russian air defense activity, significant damage was reported.
