Parashuram's wife, Swetha, has accused Congress MLA Chennareddy Patil Tunnoor and his son of mentally harassing her husband and demanding a bribe of Rs 30 lakh to stop his transfer. The PSI reportedly died of cardiac arrest, but his wife alleges that he was under severe stress due to the harassment. The case has been transferred to the CID for further investigation, and a case has been filed against the MLA and his son for abetting suicide.
