The Cleveland Browns have fired offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey and offensive line coach Andy Dickerson following the conclusion of the 2024 season. Dorsey, who spent one season in his role and was the primary play-caller for part of that time, is part of a broader shakeup in the team's offensive staff. The decision comes after the Browns' disappointing performance this season, which ended last night. Head coach Kevin Stefanski, a two-time NFL Coach of the Year, will remain with the team and will oversee a remodeled offensive staff that aims to return to the successful strategies that led to 11 wins with five different starting quarterbacks in 2023.
