The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have called for the evacuation of civilians near four buildings in Baalbek, northeastern Lebanon, ahead of planned airstrikes. Col. Avichay Adraee, the IDF's Arabic-language spokesman, published maps alongside the announcement, urging civilians to distance themselves. The IDF has also issued an evacuation order for the Doris area near Baalbek, warning of imminent strikes on Hezbollah targets. Following the evacuation orders, heavy strikes have begun in Baalbek, with several strikes reported by an AFP correspondent. The Israeli military has targeted eastern Baalbek, as reported by PressTV.
