Weiss's Final Hunter Biden Report Criticizes Presidential Pardon, Says Biden Undermines Justice System

Weiss noted that 'eight judges across numerous courts have rejected claims' that the prosecutions were politically motivated and called the President's criticism 'gratuitous and wrong.' The report comes after President Biden pardoned his son before sentencing, following Hunter Biden's guilty plea on tax crimes and conviction on gun charges. Weiss expressed that the President's comments and actions have injected partisanship into the justice system and undermined public confidence. Due to the pardon, Weiss indicated that he cannot comment on or pursue further potential charges against Hunter Biden.
