Nearly 900,000 Yogi tea bags have been voluntarily recalled this week due to elevated levels of pesticide residues. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration detected trace amounts of pesticide in Organic Yogi Echinacea Immune Support tea bags. The recall affects 54,846 16-count boxes of the tea, which were distributed nationwide. The parent company, East West Tea Company, LLC, issued the recall following the detection of pesticide residues above action levels.
